A MAIL Group Company

"The differences are clear: more complete service, better reporting and faster delivery. The Mail Group offers advantages that cannot be overlooked."
- Dave Flogaus, Quadratec

Founder and President Ronald Robbins established The Mail Group in 1981. During its twenty-five year history, fifteen companies have been established that are dedicated to program design and postage savings within the mailing and shipping industry. Former Mail Group companies such as MailCodeTM, now a Pitney Bowes® company, and QuikPak, currently owned by Deutsche Post®, illustrate examples of value producing concepts that have been developed from within The Mail Group.

M.A.I.L. Inc., the first Mail Group company, continues the tradition of program development with postage savings and reduced overhead as the primary goals on behalf of our client. Ronald Robbins and co-owner Ron Welton have assembled a talented group of program developers that have produced, among several innovative concepts, the EZAddressTM and confirmdelivery.com web-based programs.

The newest Mail Group company was founded September 12, 2006.  Engineering Innovation Inc. is a hardware/software development firm rising quickly in the industry with the introduction of the EZ Flats flat sorting machine.

Ron Welton is currently managing the growth of EZMail, an expedited catalog fulfillment program that is propelling M.A.I.L. Inc. to the top of the fulfillment  segment of the industry.

Whether it's outsourcing your daily outgoing mail processing, producing postage savings for your flat-size mail, or trying to solve any postage saving puzzle The Mail Group could be your answer.
