EZ Mail Program Overview

EZ Mail catalog and literature fulfillment provides a fast, cost effective way to get information to your customers. Our highly trained account managers monitor your daily activity and work with you to make sure all your goals are met.

We offer several shipping options:

Enhanced Standard A -  
       For flat size mail is for pieces up to 15.99 oz - delivery in 3-11 days 
       For letter size mail is for pieces up to 3.5 oz – delivery in 3-11 days

Expedited – is for pieces up to 15.99 oz – First Class commingle service

Blended – combination of Enhanced and Expedited – based on time of year

Bound Printed Matter – is for pieces 16 oz and over – delivery in 3-11 days
EZ Mail Basic Service includes:

     4File transfers - accommodating multiple formats
     4Address Standardization and verification - DVP and LACS
     4Data processing including de-duping and return 
          of undeliverables
     4Inkjet addressing or labeling
     4Propriety inventory management system to 
          monitor inventory levels
